Mr. Galler graduated in 1986 from Georgia State College of Law. For the last 29 years he has represented thousands of families with debt problems, personally filing over ten thousand cases. His firm of Roswell bankruptcy lawyers was cited by Fulton Country Daily reporter for having one of top confirmation rates for Chapter 13 cases in the district and over 99% of all Chapter 7 cases he filed have been discharged. In addition to Bankruptcy, Mr. Galler handles student loan debt, mortgage modifications, credit restoration and work injuries. Mr. Galler is also an experienced bankruptcy attorney and has filed hundreds of confirmed bankruptcy plans on behalf of his debtor clients. This lead to consistently high settlements and verdicts, and he negotiated one of the largest workers compensation settlements of its kind.

Mr. Galler is a native of Atlanta and graduated with honors from the University of Georgia and the Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Galler is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Federal courts.
